Dans la soirée du dimanche, le président Alpha Condé a meublé le ministère de l’Élevage, en nommant un ministre déjà promu au département de l’Environnement, des eaux et forêts. Roger Patrick Milimono parce que c’est de lui qu’il s’agit. Il est remplacé par Oyé Guilavogui ancien ministre des Transports. Ce qui a provoqué un tôlé dans la cité d’autant que Oyé aurait préalablement refusé le poste de ministre de l’élevage, d’où l’absence dudit ministère à la mise en place du gouvernement Kassory.

Invité ce matin chez nos confrères de Sabari FM, Dr Ousmane Kaba président du PADES (parti des démocrates pour l’espoir) traduit tout cela ni moins ni plus par l’amateurisme. ‘’J’ai l’impression que la situation s’est empirée et que nous avons beaucoup d’amateurisme dans la formation de ce gouvernement’’ ; a-t-il tout d’abord réagi, avant de renchérir : ‘’l’une des difficultés c’est qu’on n’a jamais défini assez la mission de ce gouvernement, est-ce qu’il s’agit d’un gouvernement de relance économique ou est-ce qu’il s’agit d’un gouvernement de relance politique ?’’, s’est-il interrogé. Pour Dr Ousmane Kaba, ‘’les choses n’étant pas claires en termes d’objectifs, cela se traduit non seulement par des tâtonnements, des reniements, mais aussi des reprises et des colmatages’’

Sur la question de fondre son parti PADES dans le RPG Arc-En-Ciel, une des conditions, selon lui, de sa participation au gouvernement Kassory, l’ancien ministre de l’Economie trouve la formule ridicule. ‘’En Guinée on a souvent l’impression que les choses plus anormales nous paraissent normales. D’une manière générale, on vient dans le gouvernement avec un autre parti pour apporter de nouvelles sensibilités qu’on appelle des coalitions, mais en Guinée, c’est devenu la nouvelle technique, poste ministériel contre parti politique. Je trouve que c’est ridicule simplement’’, a ironisé cet ancien membre fondateur du RPG Arc-En-Ciel d’où il a été ‘’expulsé sans aucun ménagement’’, pour avoir dit haut ce que d’autres de sa communauté disaient bas, quand le président Alpha Condé s’est ouvertement attaqué aux malinkés qualifiant ceux-ci de plus malhonnêtes de l’administration guinéenne. C’était en marge du 25ème anniversaire de son retour en Guinée.
