Kankan: Le Président Alpha Condé devant une foule impressionnante

Kankan, 23 novembre 2019 – Comme annoncé, le Président de la République, le Pr. Alpha Condé, est arrivé à Kankan ce samedi 23 novembre 2019 pour conférer avec les populations de cette Préfecture sur les projets de développement entrepris en faveur de cette localité.

C’est à 9 heures 40 minutes que l’avion présidentiel a atterri à l’aéroport de Kankan où le Chef de l’Etat a été accueilli par les autorités politiques et administratives du Nabaya. Ensuite, une foule nombreuse qui a pris d’assaut l’aéroport, a accompagné le Président de la République sur une distance de 15 Km jusqu’au stade M’balou Mady Diakité de la ville.

Durant le parcours, les deux côtés de la route étaient bondés depersonnes aux couleurs de l’arc-en-ciel pour ovationner le Président Alpha Condé. Avec l’ampleur de la mobilisation, le cortège présidentiel a été plusieurs fois bloqué par une population immense et très engagée pour exprimer sa joie au Président de la République.

A travers cet acte, les populations de Kankan ont voulu manifester leur profonde reconnaissance au Chef de l’Etat pour les actions dedéveloppement que le pays a enregistrées ces dernières années. Arrivé au stade préfectoral plein à craquer, le Chef de l’Etat a été accueilli par une ambiance festive avec de brillantes prestations des artistes qui ont émerveillé le public.

Le maire de la Commune urbaine de Kankan, Mory Diakité, a indiqué que cette forte mobilisation des populations dénote du rythme dedéveloppement que cette Préfecture n’a jamais connu mais qui est effectif grâce au Président Alpha Condé. C’est pourquoi, il a rassuré que les populations de Nabaya restent fidèles au programme de développement du Président Alpha Condé et soutiennent le projet de nouvelle constitution qui fait actuellement débat.

Hadja Kouraba Sano, au nom des femmes de Kankan et Lancei Diakité, le porte-parole des jeunes, ont tour à tour salué les actes poséspar le Chef de l’Etat en faveur des couches féminine et juvénile de cette Préfecture avant d’exprimer leur total soutien au projet denouvelle constitution. Le porte-parole de la CODENOC (Coalition Démocratique pour uneNouvelle Constitution), Alhousseiny Makanera Kakè, a précisé que l’établissement de la Nouvelle Constitution permettra de préserver les acquis du Président de la République.

Le Président Alpha Condé, pour sa part, a tout d’abord remercié lespopulations de Kankan pour cette forte mobilisation, avant de préciserque «ceux qui réclament le courant électrique seront bientôtsurpris». Le Président Alpha Condé a fait savoir qu’en 10 ans, la Guinée a avancé malgré les deux ans difficiles d’Ebola. Il a par ailleurs invité les populations à se départir des slogans de «ceux qui veulent faire revenir la Guinée en arrière».

Poursuivant, le Président Alpha Condé a signalé que le projet Simandou, à partir de Kérouané, va mettre les rails de cette Préfecture jusqu’à Forécariah en passant par Nzérékoré pour le transport des minerais de fer. Mais, aussi, le transport des personnes et de leurs biens. Le Chef de l’Etat a également indiqué qu’à sa venue au pouvoir, il n’y avait pas de routes et cela n’est pas dû au Président Lansana Conté, mais à ses ministres qui ont mal géré le pays.

Le Professeur Alpha Condé a aussi annoncé le projet de pisciculture à Kankankoura pour permettre aux femmes de Kankan de s’approvisionner en poissons sans évidemment oublier l’élevage des poules.

Dans le même sillage de développement, le Président de la République a signalé que les régions du pays seront dotées de centres hospitalo-universitaires afin d’éviter les évacuations sanitaires à l’Extérieur. En même temps, il a signalé qu’avec l’organisation de la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations prévue prochainement en Guinée, nous aurons des stades modernes et une équipe nationale qui vont faire à nouveau du pays une grande nation de football. Pour le Président Alpha Condé, l’avenir de la Guinée dépendra des Guinéens. Il a dans ce cadre invité les Guinéens à l’unité et s’affranchir des personnes sans programmes réels pour le pays, et qui ne veulent créer que le chaos.

Pour ainsi dire, il a réitéré que la meilleure force doit résider dans le choc des idées. Après le stade, le Président de la République, en compagnie de la Première Dame, Mme Condé Djénè Kaba, s’est rendu au District Fadou, dans la Sous-préfecture de Gbérédou, où il a procédé à la pose de la première pierre des travaux d’extension de l’Université de Kankan. Dans ce projet, c’est 225 hectares qui vont être aménagés sur financement du Gouvernement et la société chinoise TBEA Group.
