Assemblée UFR : depuis Abidjan, Sidya Touré envoie un message fort à ses militants

L’union des forces républicaine a repris sa traditionnelle assemblée générale hebdomadaire ce samedi 5 décembre 2020 à son siège à Matam.
Pour l’occasion, les militants se sont réunis massivement pour réaffirmer leur engagement aux idéaux du parti mais aussi exprimer leur soutien au président Sidya Touré actuellement en séjour sanitaire à Abidjan

Cette reprise de l’assemblée générale hebdomadaire de l’UFR a connu une forte mobilisation des militants venus des différentes communes de la capitale mais également des préfectures environnantes. Le président du parti qui est absent du pays depuis quelques semaines s’est réjoui de cette forte mobilisation des militants et sympathisants. « Ceux qui disent que nous sommes mort alors dites leurs que nous sommes vivant et que l’UFR se porte à merveille » a déclaré Sidya Touré par appel téléphonique

En dehors du pays pour des soins, il a invités ses militants à poursuivre le combat pour une alternance en Guinée. « Notre parti n’a jamais été dirigé contre qui que se soit, ce n’est pas un parti qui a été créé pour gérer les mesquineries. C’est un parti qui a été créé pour les guinéens. C’est un parti qui a été créé pour le bien-être des guinéens, n’oubliez jamais cela. La lutte qu’on a commencée à mener depuis plus de vingt ans est une lutte pour le bien-être des populations guinéennes. Nous n’avons pas créé l’UFR pour combattre les uns et les autres. Nous sommes contre personnes, nous sommes contre la mauvaise gouvernance, nous sommes contre le fait que notre pays n’avance pas, aujourd’hui notre pays est en panne et donc nous sommes une solution pour cela l’UFR l’a été, elle l’est et elle le sera pour toujours »

La rencontre a été marquée par l’adhésion de plusieurs personnes venues resserrer les rangs de l’union des forces républicaines.
